Dipika Pallikal moves up to 15 in World squash rankings. After a brilliant 2011 Dipika moved 2 places from 17 in December.


BRITISH JUNIOR OPEN 1-6 JAN 2012

Anaka Alankamony was the only Indian to reach the quarter-finals of the British Open junior squash championship held in Sheffield from 1-6 January 2012.

DIPIKA WIN'S CROCODILE CUP

India's highest ranked professional Dipika Pallikal finished the year winning the $16,000 WISPA event - Crocodile Challenge Cup played in Hong Kong from 13-18 Dec'11. Dipika seeded 3rd in the event defeated home favoirite Joey Chan 10-12, 11-8, 10-12, 11-8, 14-12 in 60min.

 

Saurav Win's 7th While Dipika Win's Maiden National Title

Saurav Ghosal and Dipika Pallikal, the two highest-ranked Indians in the world, displayed their allround brilliance in ample measure to win their 7th and 1st national titles respectively, in the senior National squash championships played at the Indian Squash Academy, Chennai from 5-10 December 2011.
